How can we help

Here at Carnoustie Physiotherapy, you can be confident that we've got the expertise to help you with any type of muscle, bone or nerve problem. Whether it's an arm recently out of plaster, recurring or consistent back pain, or an ankle that you twisted this morning...we can help you.

Discover and treat

First and foremost we deal with your pain, but one of the reasons we love our job so much is the clinical thinking and detective work involved in finding the cause of your pain ... well perhaps it's more exciting for us, but important all the same - because treating you over and over again is not our style.

Exercise rehabilitation is the core element of all conditions we treat. Whatever your circumstance, we'll provide you with a tailor-made programme compatible with your personal goals. Pain is individual - your rehabilitation may include a combination of hands-on techniques, a specifically designed exercise programme or even acupuncture. Getting you better and keeping you there as quickly and effectively as possible is our goal. Addressing any fears with professionally crafted knowledge and skills so that you can manage your condition in the long term and reduce your chance of the recurrence is vital to your treatment. If we treat you today we can help you today, but if we teach you today we can help for a lifetime.

We've made some pretty good links with some of Tayside's top Orthopaedic Surgeons. Although we fix most of you, we will always refer you to our network of other healthcare professionals and specialists if needed.
